yep.. as a response to my previous "ninja post", I've been doing some research on the internet..
there are some things I learned from doing that, and one of them is Plyometrics...
As many of u out there, I don't even have a single clue about it, and today's actually the first time I've heard that word..
It's a term used to state an exercise method that focuses on building an explosive muscle or something.. In short, it's used by many athletes to further improve their jump height, running speed.. anything that uses a burst of energy in a relatively short period of term..
well, that's me, a guy who have just known the word for no more than 3 hours, explaining to u, so... yeah.. I'm no expert at these kind of things, so don't just go believing everything I wrote.. go google yourself.. ask your family, teacher, or even an expert...
oh, btw, I discovered my own method of training..
but i kinda have to go right ow, so I'm gonna post an animation about it later..
